Meta\u2019s CEO also claims that the metaverse is the future of the company. While some admire his vision, not everyone is happy about living in the virtual world. While corporations and governments try their best to defeat this problem, it remains. Malicious actors can sell illegal goods and conduct cyberattacks, money laundering, and fraud. The metaverse is described as a decentralized system.
