SEO has been tricky everyday considering the algorithm updates and factors around it. The hardest part is to find on what factor the algorithm is updated and work accordingly. In SEO, it will be a worth of taking risks but at the same time you must be strategic in a way that should not affect your website SEO and it’s traffic at any cost. Here, i have listed the risks you should avoid in SEO.
Poor Doorway Pages:
Doorways pages/posts are created on batches by targeting keywords which are specific for that pages. The most trusted SEO persons will avoid doing such doorway page activity since it is not trustworthy and disliked by Google. When you are taking such risk with respect to increase traffic to your websites, it may end up spoiling your website. Google will accept such pages only when they have quality and unique content.
Avoiding Natural Backlinks:
Every websites motive is to get quality backlinks which should not affect in any possible way. When you receive some natural backlinks which you haven’t created, it may not benefit in SEO but at the same time it will not take any harsh actions. The natural links are organic that will not harm your website. So, restricting them or disavowing such websites can only be followed when the websites are of low quality and highly spammy.
Deleting a content can be easy, but handling them in a website is the most tedious task, since it has to updated with recent original statement and avoid thin contents. You must decide on the old contents in your website which we has clearly discussed. Here, deleting a content which have been giving regular traffic will reflect on the website analytics. To take it further, it may lead to broken links and 404 errors for your website, which is actually not a good sign.
